Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is received damaged or defective

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The product is missing parts or accessories (if applicable)

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Time Limit

Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Any return request made after the allowed return period

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund after inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (if applicable) or an agreed alternative method. Processing time may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment system.

Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible for replacement, we will replace the item with the same product (subject to stock availability). If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged on delivery), we will provide instructions for return and may cover the return shipping cost. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
